Pathways to Potential is a consultancy and coaching practice dedicated to creating inclusive systems where neurodivergent and disabled people can thrive - not just participate.
Founded by Vincenza De Falco, an experienced SEND and neurodiversity specialist, inclusion strategist, coach, and speaker, we work across education, employment and local authorities - partnering with individuals and their families, schools, colleges and universities, employers, and local government to build environments where real change sticks.
