Founded by Vincenza De Falco, an experienced SEND and neurodiversity specialist, inclusion strategist, coach, and speaker, we work across education, employment and local authorities - partnering with individuals and their families, schools, colleges and universities, employers, and local government to build environments where real change sticks.

Our services include strategic consultancy, training, one-to-one and group coaching, all grounded in lived experience and more than a decade of frontline and leadership practice. We specialise in autism, learning disabilities, and ADHD, always recognising the intersecting roles of race, gender, and class in shaping opportunity.
